Located in Irvine, California, Mr. Brechner oversees the company and focuses on strategic planning, providing leadership and direction and relationship building with key suppliers and clients. He is a two-decade Telecom veteran and has worked for Service Providers, Manufacturers and Valued Added Distributors in many different roles ranging from Account Manager, Regional Manager, Director of Marketing, Executive Director of International and Vice President of Product Management for Switching, RF and Optical networks. In Craig’s last successful venture in Telecom he was Co-Founder and President of Phoenix Telecom Solutions which operated facilities in the United States, Brazil and The Netherlands. The company was purchased by Scout Partners, LLC. in December of 2012. Since that time, Craig has gone on to create other companies in the Medical and Real Estate Industries.
Craig holds Bachelor’s in Business Economics, a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University and has completed executive education course work at Harvard Business School. He has served on the Business Technical Committee of the CCA, is an active member and board member of the Entrepreneur’s Organization of Orange County, CA and has presented at numerous telecom conferences including Futurecom Brazil, CCA, NTCA, ITU Geneva, Quest Forum and CTIA and is a member of Who’s Who in America.
Craig is also very active in his community sitting on the Development Committee of St. Mary’s School and coaches his son’s soccer team.
Gil has over 20 years of professional technical and business experience and has spent 16 years in the telecom industry. His experience has demonstrated his ability to develop network telecom companies from ground zero to leadership status in Brazil and CALA markets. He is a proven entrepreneur with a successful track record for identifying and addressing market opportunities. A former engineer, Gil worked for the Ford Motor Company where he developed automotive technology solutions and processes that remain in use today. Since acquiring his MBA from The Ohio State University in 2000, he has married his technical background and business acumen to innovate efficient, practical and sound solutions for the telecom industry.
As President of Zurich Technology Solutions, Gil is building an industry leading company respected for efficient order management and wide ranging availability of products and technical services. In 2009, Amerinode which is now Zurich Technology Solutions launched its US presence rapidly capitalizing on the new opportunity and leveraging the companies’ established sourcing competencies.
Gil is an electrical engineering graduate of Escola Politecnica in Sao Paulo, Brazil and holds an MBA from The Ohio State University.
Ben Ealey is a wireless industry veteran with more than 20+ years of experience in network operations and engineering, technology evolution, management and finance. He has the unique ability to translate the corporate vision and needs of front line groups for mutual success.
As Zurich’s Chief Technology Officer , Ben leads the company’s technology road map and services portfolio to ensure that Zurich is well positioned for today and in the future.
Ben spent his last five years in public safety developing a new vision and strategy with leaders of Fire, Law and Emergency Medical Services. This input was used to develop a multi-year business plan to modernize all public safety technology. He was one of the leaders that collaborated to create a new state public safety governance that became law in Idaho. He led the state in education and outreach on FirstNet for public safety.
Ben brings unique experience in government and wireless carrier operations and technology to Zurich. He has an innovative approach to solving complex problems by understanding the needs of the end user first, then finding the right technology and process.
Kelley Bontempo is a self-starter that likes to win. Kelley cofounded Teltech Communications in 1999 where she served as the President & Chief Operations Officer. She helped grow Teltech to over $35M in annual sales before taking an exit in 2014. Kelley’s exceptional instinct has made her a stand-out leader in the Telecom services industry. Mr. Dorsey has 30 years of Telecommunication leadership experience in Quality Management, Customer Problem Investigation & Resolution, Process Engineering, and Warehouse Management. At Zurich, Darren is responsible for the company’s Quality Management System ensuring that Zurich stays in compliance with customer requirements and provides quality products and services.
He has served as the Director of Quality & Training at Phoenix Telecom Solutions for the past 6+ years; where he led the creation, development, implementation, and management of Phoenix’s Quality Management System & their Environmental, Health and Safety Management System. Through his leadership, Phoenix obtained Quality Standards (ISO 9001 / TL 9000), Environmental Standard (ISO 14001), Health & Safety Standard (OHSAS 18001) and Responsible Recycling Standard (R2) certifications. Darren also served as the Environmental Health Safety & Security management representative and HR support.
Prior to joining Phoenix, Darren held leadership roles in Quality, Change Management & Project Management at Genband/Formally Nortel’s CVAS division. Darren has been a member of QuEST Forum, a global association of companies dedicated to impacting the quality and sustainability of products and services in the ICT industry, since 2011; participating in the evolution of the TL 9000 requirements, metrics and best practices.
He holds a Degree in Computer Engineering Technology, as well as obtaining numerous leadership and quality training credentials throughout his career.
